Crush Surfing Magazine is an independent, self-funded surf publication based in the UK. We ship our magazines to readers in the UK and around the world, and we do our best to make sure every order is packed carefully and dispatched as smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed by Crush Surfing Magazine from the UK.

Please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, the time of year and whether an issue is available for immediate dispatch or is being released as a pre-order.

For pre-orders, the expected release or dispatch date will be communicated on the relevant product page or through our announcements. Release dates refer to the magazine becoming available for dispatch; they do not guarantee a delivery date.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. If tracking is available for your chosen shipping service, tracking details will be provided where applicable.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to selected destinations within the UK and internationally, subject to the shipping options available at checkout.

Available destinations and shipping costs are displayed during checkout. If your country is not available, or you encounter an issue placing an order, please contact us at crushsurfingmag@gmail.com and we'll see whether we can help.

International shipping availability may change depending on postal service restrictions and local delivery conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, the weight of the order and the available shipping options. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Where multiple magazines are ordered, shipping costs may differ from those for a single copy.

Any shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, postal service and any customs processing required.

UK orders will generally arrive sooner than international orders. International deliveries, particularly those travelling outside Europe, may take longer and can be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, postal delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery window, please contact us at crushsurfingmag@gmail.com so we can look into it.

5. International Orders, Import VAT and Customs Charges

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.

Whether these charges apply, and how much they may be, depends on the destination country's rules, the value and nature of the shipment, and how the order is processed by the relevant authorities.

Where applicable charges are not collected at checkout, they may be requested by customs authorities or the delivery provider before the order is released or delivered. Customers should check the import rules that apply in their country before placing an order.

Crush Surfing Magazine cannot guarantee that international orders will arrive without additional charges. Any charges legally payable by the recipient on import are generally the recipient's responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

If you are ordering from the European Union or another destination outside the UK, please take this into account when placing your order.

6. Customs Delays and Refused Deliveries

International shipments may be delayed while undergoing customs checks or awaiting payment of applicable charges.

If a delivery is refused, or an order cannot be delivered because required customs charges have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us, held by the carrier or otherwise dealt with under the carrier's procedures.

If an order is returned to us, please contact us to discuss the available options. Any refund, redelivery or deduction for shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the order.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that a parcel refused at customs will be returned to us.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including any applicable postcode, apartment or unit number, and contact details requested by the carrier.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at crushsurfingmag@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order cannot be delivered because an address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so we can discuss the next steps.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived, appears to have been lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at crushsurfingmag@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of any damage may be helpful.

We will do our best to investigate the issue with the relevant postal service or carrier and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.

Delivery problems will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. If an order is lost, damaged or not delivered as agreed, please contact us rather than assuming that nothing can be done.

9. Returns and Refunds

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
